The idea
UEFI provides a different execution environment from a Windows or Linux application. This project explores how far an x64 EFI application can go when the goal is a Discord client.
The firmware environment, assembly code and build process are all part of the experiment.

Technical work
- Assembling and linking native x64 code into an EFI application.
- Windows-based build scripts and platform-specific toolchain troubleshooting.
- Virtual-machine testing and serial output to investigate startup and runtime behavior.
- Working within firmware interfaces and execution constraints.
Next steps
Stabilize the build and runtime, then continue toward the client functionality. The project remains experimental.
